Sincerely, it was a GOOD stay on a business trip. Hotel's location was nice and beautiful, close to downtown area. Besides, it was near Concord for the money, the Common Man restaurant, and a local race track.

The King Studio provided a comfortable sleeping arrangement.

I reserved the King Studio but got a different room, very frustrating. The TV didn't work, and they only offered to change my room at midnight. It was a terrible experience, especially since I had my daughter with me for just one night. I deeply regretted spending $400 on this stay.

mostly pleasant stay but some issues

The gym was great with plenty of equipment for a great workout. The staff stood out. Their friendliness and willingness to help. Breakfast offerings were good, and I appreciated that my son found a secure WiFi connection. The outdoor seating area was a lovely spot to relax, especially after a long day.

The cleaning service could have been more frequent during our six-night stay.
